If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or request a new verification link from your account settings.

What information do I need to provide to set up my profile?

How much does an inspection cost?

Inspection costs vary based on the type and complexity. You can view pricing during the request process. Pre-purchase inspections typically start at $199, while specialized inspections may have different rates. Pricing is transparent with no hidden fees.

What information do I need to provide for an inspection?

Provide the vehicle VIN or detailed vehicle information, the inspection location address, number of vehicles to inspect, and any specific concerns you want the inspector to focus on. The more details you provide, the more thorough the inspection can be.

How long does an inspection take?

A typical inspection takes 1-2 hours depending on the vehicle's condition and the inspection type. Once complete, the inspector will provide an initial assessment. The full detailed report is usually available within 24-48 hours.

Can I reschedule or cancel an inspection?

How do I create a rebuild report?

From your dashboard, select "Create Rebuild Report" and enter the vehicle information. Complete the checklist items as work progresses, upload photos at each stage, list parts used, and add notes. Our platform guides you through the entire documentation process.

Can multiple people work on a rebuild report?

Yes, you can add team members to a rebuild project. Each team member can add their own photos, notes, and checklist completions. All changes are tracked with timestamps and user attribution for complete accountability.

How is the rebuild valuation calculated?

Rebuild valuation is calculated based on the vehicle's market value, costs of all repairs and parts, labor hours, and current market conditions. Our system provides an estimated value that adjusts as you add more information to the rebuild report.

Can I share rebuild reports with buyers?

Yes, rebuild reports can be shared via unique links that don't require the recipient to have an account. You control what information is visible - you can hide sensitive pricing if desired. Reports can also be downloaded as PDFs for email sharing.

Are rebuild reports legal documentation?

How do I schedule a test drive?

Browse available vehicles in our listing, select the one you're interested in, and click "Schedule Test Drive." Select your preferred date and time, provide any special requests, and confirm. The seller will be notified and will confirm the appointment with you.

What do I need to bring to a test drive?

Bring a valid driver's license and proof of insurance. Some sellers may require additional documentation. Arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete any paperwork. Wear comfortable clothing suitable for getting in and out of the vehicle multiple times.

Can I request a pre-purchase inspection before test driving?

Absolutely! Many buyers request an inspection before scheduling a test drive. You can request an inspection through our platform, and the report will be available before your test drive appointment, helping you make an informed decision.

Can I cancel a test drive appointment?

Yes, you can cancel through your account dashboard at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Last-minute cancellations may affect your ability to schedule future test drives with that seller. Be courteous and cancel early if your plans change.
